Privacy and data protection

Last updated 28 October 2026 · applies to every page on freelancedesk-q9fgzh5cp49.qoder.website and to the downloadable file sold through Payhip.

The short version. These tools do not collect personal data. There is no account, no signup form, no email capture, no cookie, no analytics script and no advertisement on any page here. Everything you type is saved by your own browser on your own device and is never sent to us, because there is no server behind these pages to receive it.

Needs the trader's own details before this is legally complete Under EU and UK consumer and e-commerce rules an online seller has to be identifiable. Replace the contact line at the bottom of this page and the corresponding block in the legal notice with a real legal name, a postal address and a working email. Until then this notice is accurate about the technology but incomplete about who you are making the request to.

1. What we do not do

2. What actually happens on your device

The pages use localStorage, which is storage your own browser keeps on your own machine. It exists so a refresh does not wipe what you typed. It is not readable by any other website, it is not transmitted anywhere, and it contains no identifier we or anyone else could use to track you across sites.

Storage keySet byWhat it holdsHow to clear it

Clearing your browser's site data for this host removes all of it permanently, on our side as well as yours, because no copy exists anywhere else. Use the export buttons before you clear anything.

3. Consent

There is no cookie banner on this site, and that is deliberate rather than an omission. Under the ePrivacy rules, storage is exempt from prior consent when it is strictly necessary to provide the service the user explicitly asked for. Remembering what you typed in a form you are filling in is that kind of storage: it is not used for tracking, it does not identify you to a third party, and the tool is useless without it. Nothing on this site requires opt-in consent, so nothing asks for it.

If you arrive from a search engine or a social post, the page still does not write anything beyond the local storage described above.

4. What the hosting provider may log

These pages are delivered by a third-party static hosting service. Like essentially every web host, it may keep standard technical access logs — typically IP address, the page requested, a user-agent string and a timestamp — to serve content and to protect against abuse. That logging is the host's processing, not ours: we do not receive, sell or use it for marketing, and we cannot see individual visitors. The host may serve content and store logs from data centres outside your country.

The host also injects one small interface element into every page it serves — a badge identifying where the site is hosted. We cannot remove it. It is inline code added by the host, not by us; it loads nothing from a third-party network, sets no cookie and is not an analytics or advertising script. Checked directly: on these pages there are no external script requests, no cookies in the browser and no embed frames.

5. What happens at checkout

Buying the downloadable file takes you to Payhip, which is a separate website run by a separate company. Payhip acts as the marketplace facilitator and an independent data controller for the transaction: it processes your name, email address and payment details, calculates and handles the sales tax or VAT due, and issues the receipt and tax documentation. Card and bank details never reach us. Their privacy policy governs that part, and this page does not.

If you buy, the only record we hold is what Payhip passes to a seller as an order — typically an email address and what was bought — which we use to deliver the file and to answer support requests. That is processing based on performing a contract with you, and it is deleted when the tax-retention period for that sale expires in your jurisdiction.

6. Links out

This site links to Payhip, and to social profiles on LinkedIn, X, TikTok and Instagram. Once you click through, their operators become the controllers and their policies apply. We are not responsible for their data practices.

7. Children

These are business invoicing tools aimed at adults earning money. They are not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and there is no mechanism on this site by which a child could send us anything.

8. Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK, EEA or another jurisdiction with equivalent law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. In practice there is nothing for us to hand over about a visitor to these pages, because we hold nothing. Exercise any of these rights, or ask who the controller is, using the contact in section 10.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data-protection supervisory authority rather than contacting us first.

9. Security, honestly stated

The realistic risk on these tools is not interception — there is nothing being transmitted to intercept — it is losing your own data. Local storage is deleted when you clear site data, use a private-browsing window, wipe the device, or in some cases when a browser decides storage is stale. There is no server-side copy to restore from. Export a backup weekly. If you use this on a shared computer, the next person who opens the browser can read what is in that storage; do not use it on a machine you do not control.

10. Contact

Data controller: Obtranzat — legal name, postal address and email are given in the legal notice. Write to the address there for any privacy request, and state which browser tool you used so we can answer without asking for more than we need.

11. Changes

If this notice changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. The version in force is always the one served at this URL. Continuing to use the tools after a change is not how consent works here, because using them never involved consent in the first place; the change simply takes effect from the date shown.
